Tis the season to be jolly

Here at Smileright we love Christmas, it’s one of our favourite times of the year. We especially love the traditions of sharing food and drinks with loved ones. According to the Oral Heath Foundation, every time you eat or drink anything sugary, your teeth are under acid attack for up to one hour. This is because the sugar will react with the bacteria in plaque and produce harmful acids. So, at Christmas time our teeth really are under attack.
